Svetislav has been with the LDA Subotica as a Local projects co-ordinator since 2002., and is currently emplyed as an Assistant manager in the City Museum. He was the local trainer within ALDA/ANCI capacity building Programme (2003-2006) for the training seminars on participation in local self-government, regional co-operation, PR and communication skill of local adminiatration. He was the local manager of mini RIME projects carried out by LDA Subotica and closely related with minority rights, intercultural tolerance and management in culture (2005/2006). On behalf of LDA Subotica he participated in a wide range of partner projects - seminars local self-government and regionalism in Seged, October 2001., Menagement of local government in Verteneglio, Croatia, October 2002., Local government and non-governmental sector in Tivat in June 2003. He is currently at Postgraduate Studies Course on Interculturalism, Management in art and mediation, University of Arts, Belgrade. He can speak English, Russian and Hungarian.
