Members of LDA Subotica office were called to attend two days training seminary in advocacy. Seminary was organized by Institute for sustainable communities Serbia in October 26th and 27th, in Belgrade.

Main aim of this seminar was presenting a wider picture about advocacy possibilities, as a modern way of getting job done for a good cause. In two working days, ISC trainers Vukosava Crnjanski and Miloš Đajić were teaching 13 members of different NGO organizations form Serbia. Their goal was to theoretically explain advocacy and all of its elements and try to present advocacy in practice. Trainers were pointing out methods and techniques that can be used in advocacy actions, simulating possible situations on field, pointing out potential mistakes in practicing advocacy etc.

Participants were also actively involved in solving problematic situations and challenges they were faced with, active in communication and presenting their experience in advocacy matters and making comments so the learned were much constructive and realistic.
