One of activities in implementation of activities implementing the EU supported project Local Partnerships for Tolerance was the thematic seminar on Human and minority rights in local neighborhood communities, held on 15th of May in the neighborhood community center Prozivka, designed for individual communication with diverse ethnic community members, members of marginalized groups, citizens in respective neighbourhood communities, etc. Local expert Aleksandra Vujic,  Director of Vojvodina Center for Human Rights presented the Alternative report on implementation of the Charter for Regional or Minority Languages in Serbia, which was submitted to the Council of Europe on 30th  June 2007. Vojvodina Center for Human Rights is the partner organization with LDA Subotica, responsible for monitoring on implementation of minority languages in Vojvodina and at the same time conducted monitoring activities in Serbia within the Network of Committees for Human Rights in Serbia (CHRIS). Conflict resolution and human minority rights is needed in daily activity of neighbourhood communities es for group/individual consultations with citizens operating as a specific focus groups to be consulted by the community centres on different issues.
