The thematic seminar on Gender equality, specific attitude, needs and participation of women and vulnerable social groups was the main point on 6th June on second round of implementing a project Local Partnership for Tolerance in neighbourhood community centre MZ Gat. Based on Universal declaration human rights and European standards for gender equality called Gender mainstraming by EU, local expert Ruzica Rudic Vranic, president of Femina Creativa, introduced to present neighbourhood community elected members, volunteers and civil society representatives leadership methods of regulation processes of decision making and evolution planning in national, regional and local level. Trainer on project Nada Dimovic, coordinator of Roma educational centar intended for improving interethnic dialogue and tolerance through improved citizen participation at local level the following three topics: European standards of human minority rights at local level, participation and forms of consultations with diverse citizens’ groups, co-operation with civil society organisations for improved performances of neighbourhood communities. Neighbourhood community centre MZ Gat has expressed an additional priority for an improved participation of youth in the local community and to support better social and sport activities.
